Kubrat Pulev continues his rise to the top. In the latest rankings of the IBF the 31-year-old boxer has climbed up to third place. Given his tremendous victory over Alexander Dimitrenko (32-2, 21 KOs) for the European crown, his high ranking is well deserved. The only boxers still in front of the "Cobra" is the World Champion himself, Wladimir Klitschko (58-3, 51 KOs), as well as Tony Thompson (36-3, 24 KOs), the latest victim who fell in his quest to take the IBF, WBO as well as the WBA Super Champion title of Klitschko last Saturday. Right behind Pulev are well known boxers such as Tomasz Adamek (46-2, 28 KOs) and Odlanier Solis (18-1, 12 KOs). Right now the 31-year-old is the only Top-5 Boxer to hold an unbeaten record after winning all of his 16 fights as a professional. If he continues to impress in this fashion a title shot is only a question of time for the Bulgarian.
